The cheapest used cars in Ukraine: an overview of the proposals.

The secondary car market is influenced by many factors, primarily laws and exchange rates. But political changes also contribute to the sentiments of buyers and sellers. We decided to check if there is life in the secondary car market after the elections.
Uncleared cars make up a significant share of cars in the used car market in Ukraine, but we do not take them into account. At least this time. Let’s also ignore the broken, confiscated, credit, “right-hand drive” and other “problem” options. But let’s ask the price of the budget segment of cars with Ukrainian registration and on the go. The maximum price level is 100 thousand hryvnia or 3500 dollars.
For convenience, we divide the offers available on three popular web sites into conditional categories: “auto industry of the USSR and the CIS”, “dinosaurs”, “extravaganza” and “almost new car”.
“Automotive industry of the USSR and the CIS”
The first category is the largest. This is the entire VAZ lineup from 01 to 09, “Zaporozhtsy” and “Tavria”, “Volga” and “Muscovites”. They are the ones who open the list of the most affordable cars on the secondary market.

“Dinosaurs”
People joke that every car turns into an “Opel” with age, and electronic announcements only confirm this. Kadett, Senator, Astra, Record, Ascona, Vectra, Omega – all these names from the 1990s, 80s and even 70s of the last century can be found on electronic message boards. The company “Opel” of all times is made up mainly of European compacts – Ford Fiesta, Sierra, Escort, less often there are old Fiat, Seat, Renault, Citroen, Alfa Romeo, Volvo, Volkswagen, BMW, Japanese brands represented by Mazda and Nissan, much less meet Toyota.
In this category, it makes sense to choose a car costing from 30 thousand hryvnia, since cheaper options look half-dead even in the photo. In the range from 40 to 70 thousand hryvnia, there are already many decent options.
Note: there are no problem-free cars for that kind of money. The task of the buyer is to find a car with flaws identified and honestly indicated by the seller, preferably those for which there are already time-tested solutions.
